Pilates For Golf – Improving Your Game
How many golfers, including you, love golf, but constantly "pay for it" by having a painful back after playing eighteen holes? Pilates for golf is the perfect solution in that pilates not only will help your back it will help to strengthen your back as well as your overall body helping you with your 'drives', fairway and bunker play, as well as most aspects of your game. Breath control, which is stressed in pilates, is crucial to a number of aspects in sports and many seasoned athletes have realized that the timing of breath can be crucial to a proper body movement. Most notably when 'reading the green' and when putting.

If you haven't already joined the pilates fitness training wave, there is plenty of time to get on board. Pilates has been adopted successfully by millions as a way to get in shape and stay fit without extensive strength training and aerobic exercise. Of course, it's not a bad idea to incorporate different kinds of workouts in your daily exercise routine, but if the others don't appeal to you, then consider pilates instead.
Pilates is a system of 500 movements that have been developed and refined over the years to help build up the core muscles of the body and improve flexibility at the same time.
